Birth

Susan B. Anthony was born on February 15,1820 in Adam, Massachusetts. Susan died becasue of Pneumonia a heart disease in 1906.

Family

 According to National Women's History her father, Daniel, was a farmer and later a cotton mill owner and manager and was raised as a Quaker. Her mother, Lucy, came from a family that fought in the American Revolution and served in the Massachusetts state government.She had seven brothers and sisters, many of whom became activists for justice and emancipation of slaves. 

Education
Education of LVa says She was educated at a Quaker school near Philadelphia but had to leave before finishing the coursework to help support her family in New York. She taught for the next decade.

Elizabeth Cady Stanton was Susan Friend for many years they, they worked together for 50 years working on women's right.
